Влияние социальной изоляции на развитие тревожного и депрессивно-подобного поведения в модельных экспериментах на животных

Аннотация

В настоящей обзорной работе описывается роль социальной изоляции в развитии тревожного и депрессивно-подобного поведения у грызунов. Показано влияние продолжительности социальной изоляции, возраста от ее начала, пола, вида и линии животного, характера используемой модели и т.д. Рассматриваются молекулярно-клеточные механизмы развития тревожного и депрессивно-подобного поведения под влиянием социальной изоляции и роль в этих механизмах ГГНС, окислительного и нитрозирующего стресса, нейровоспаления, BDNF, нейрогенеза, синаптической пластичности, моноаминов. В работе приводятся данные о половых различиях в эффектах социальной изоляции, взаимодействие с другими формами стресса, а также роль обогащенной среды и других факторов в смягчении негативных последствий социальной изоляции.
