Индивид волынцевского времени из Куриловки: первые археогенетические данные

Аннотация
Несмотря на достижения последних лет в области палеогеномных исследований, генетические особенности и разнообразие раннеславянского населения остаются неисследованными в связи с распространенным у древних славянских племен обрядом трупосожжения. Поэтому ценна каждая находка антропологического материала из раннеславянских памятников. Таким уникальным объектом является череп из жилища, отнесенного к волынцевской культуре, памятника Куриловка 2 (Курская обл.), который датируется концом VII – первой половиной/серединой VIII в. Из зуба была выделена ДНК и использована для проведения генетического анализа. Мы реконструировали полную последовательность митохондриальной ДНК и определили, что она принадлежит к европейской гаплогруппе H1b. Результаты филогенетического анализа свидетельствуют об общих материнских линиях индивида из Куриловки со средневековыми и современными европейскими образцами и позволяют предположить общность раннеславянских и северо-западных европейских митохондриальных линий.
