Микробиологические показатели дерново-подзолистой почвы и ее ризосферы в полувековом полевом опыте с применением разных систем удобрения

Аннотация
Изучено влияние разных систем удобрения на количественные показатели различных групп микроорганизмов внекорневой агродерново-подзолистой почвы (Umbric Albic Retisol (Aric)) и ризосферы картофеля и ячменя. Исследование проводили на базе длительного полевого опыта, в котором с 1968 г. применяются минеральная (NPK), органическая (навоз) и органо-минеральная (NPK + навоз) системы удобрения. Внесение органических удобрений на 25–100% повышало содержание углерода микробной биомассы (Смик) в почве и ризосфере по сравнению с почвой без удобрений, а применение минеральных удобрений, наоборот, снижало на 10–30%. Базальное дыхание и дыхательный коэффициент (qСО2) увеличивались в ряду: без удобрений < NPK < NPK + навоз < навоз. Численность копий генов бактерий, архей и грибов существенно, в 1.5–2.5 раза, повышалась в условиях применения органических удобрений и снижалась в 2–2.5 раза под воздействием NPK. Соотношение грибы/бактерии по методу люминесцентной микроскопии изменялось от 32 до 100, а по результатам количественной ПЦР – от 0.10 до 0.92, при этом наименьшие значения были характерны для вариантов с внесением NPK, а наибольшие – с навозом. Таким образом, в целях поддержания стабильности системы почва–микроорганизмы–растение применяемые дозы минеральных удобрений должны компенсироваться внесением свежего органического вещества.
