Оценка устойчивости почв к загрязнению наночастицами платины методами биодиагностики

Аннотация
Дана оценка устойчивости почв юга России, различающихся по гранулометрическому составу, содержанию органического вещества и реакции среды к загрязнению наночастицами платины (PtНЧ) по биологическим показателям. Провели лабораторные модельные исследования устойчивости к загрязнению PtНЧ образцов почв из слоя 0–10 см, контрастных по генетическим характеристикам: чернозема обыкновенного (Haplic Chernozem (Loamic)), бурой лесной (Eutric Cambisol) и серопесков (Eutric Arenosol). Исследовали концентрации PtНЧ 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10 и 100 мг/кг. Устойчивость почв оценивали по наиболее чувствительным и информативным биологическим показателям состояния почвы: общей численности бактерий, активности каталазы и дегидрогеназ, всхожести и изменению длины корней редиса. Установили, что низкие концентрации PtНЧ 0.01, 0.1 и 1 мг/кг в большинстве случаев не оказывают достоверного влияния на биологическое состояние почв, а бóльшие дозы 10 и 100 мг/кг приводят к снижению биологических показателей. Ферментативная активность почв при загрязнении PtНЧ была снижалась в меньшей степени, чем фитотоксические и микробиологические показатели. Чернозем обыкновенный проявил большую устойчивость к загрязнению PtНЧ, чем бурая лесная почва и серопески. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для прогнозирования экологических рисков при загрязнении почв PtНЧ и разработки предельно допустимых концентраций платины в различных почвах.
