Изучение криоструктурирования полимерных систем. 65. Характер изменений физико-химических свойств криогелей поливинилового спирта, вызываемых действием водных растворов аминокислот общей формулы H2N–(CH2)n–COOH

Аннотация
Криогенной обработкой (замораживание при –20°C в течение 12 ч и затем размораживание нагреванием со скоростью 0.03°C/мин) водных растворов поливинилового спирта (ПВС) с концентрацией полимера 100 г/л получены макропористые криогели и исследован характер изменения их физико-химических параметров после уравновешивания образцов с водными растворами аминокислот общей формулы H2N–(CH2)n–COOH (n = 1–5). Показано, что эти аминокислоты, в наибольшей степени глицин (n = 1), в наименьшей – ε-аминокапроновая кислота (n = 5), проявляют космотропное воздействие на свойства криогелей ПВС, вызывая уменьшение их объема, значительное возрастание компрессионного модуля упругости и повышение температуры плавления образцов. Тем не менее высвобождение H2N–(CH2)n–COOH аминокислот из насыщенных их растворами криогелей во внешнее водное окружение происходило без существенных диффузионных затруднений. После исчерпывающего отмывания чистой водой нагруженных аминокислотами криогелей их физико-химические показатели не возвращались полностью к значениям, характерным для образцов до их обработки растворами таких аминокислот вследствие промотируемого космотропными аминокислотами образования дополнительных Н-связанных узлов трехмерной сетки в объеме уже сформированного криогеля.
