Реакции моллюсков Unio pictorum на присутствие цианобактерий Microcystis aeruginosa

Аннотация
Изучены эффекты воздействия цианобактерий на моллюсков Unio pictorum (L., 1758) в условиях эксперимента при совместном их культивировании с токсичным и нетоксичным штаммами цианобактерий Microcystis aeruginosa (Kützing) Kützing в разных концентрациях. Показано, что цианобактерии негативно влияют на двустворчатых моллюсков: зарегистрирована 40%-ная гибель моллюсков при изначально высокой ((5.4–5.6) ± 0.1 × 106 кл./л) концентрации клеток и ухудшение их адаптивной способности (увеличение времени восстановления частоты сердечных сокращений после стресс-воздействия) при (0.6 ± 0.1) × 106 кл./л. Разница в смертности моллюсков, инкубированных с токсичными и нетоксичными цианобактериями, отсутствовала. Выявлено снижение концентрации хлорофилла а и содержания микроцистина LR в воде в присутствии двустворчатых моллюсков. После прохождения M. aeruginosa через пищеварительную систему двустворчатых моллюсков статистически значимое увеличение численности цианобактерий в воде не отмечено.
